Until that time you have right to eat and drink and that time the Fajir prayer will begin, the meaning of night in this Ayah is the sunset, there is another important thing to remember glorify God as much as you can before the sunrise and before the sunset because they have specialty for God, God says {وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ الْغُرُوبِ} 39 Swrah Qaf {means with thankfully glorify your God before sunrise and before sunset} there are also lots of other Ayahs regarding glorifying God before sunset and sunrise.
